Order Cancellation
Orders for digital books may only be cancelled before the purchase process has been completed.
Once payment has been confirmed and the e-book has been delivered or made available for download, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Because e-books are digital products that can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once the book has been delivered.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases where a customer receives the wrong product or is unable to access the purchased e-book due to a technical issue, Yopvazy E-books will review the situation and provide appropriate assistance.
This may include restoring access to the correct book or resolving the technical problem.
